For Parents

If the sickness is something small like a cold, small cough (excluding COVID-19 symptoms) we encourage all our students to attend face to face lessons, as this is the best way to absorb information, if in any case your child cannot attend please let us know in advance and we can create an online platform instead.

We operate every Saturday & Sunday from 9:00am-18:30pm.

Please let Sabira, Anosha or Ruhul know as soon as possible, their contact number can be found in the student handbook.

Please let Sabira/management know as soon as possible. Someone will wait with your child until you are here to collect them, rest assured we will not let wait alone.

No, we don’t require tests prior to joining us.

Fees are not refundable less than 28 days before the start of the course.

Cancellations must be made in writing – by letter, fax or e-mail. Agents should ensure that they arrange full insurance cover for these cancellation conditions.

Please report any absences to Sabira, Anosha or Ikram in as much advance as possible, their contact number can be found in the student handbook.

As we only operate on the weekends, we do not have any holidays, we will only be closed on Saturday and Sunday if Christmas day falls on either of these days.

We strongly discourage you from taking children on holiday during term time, as they would miss a big session of learning.

There are parking bays and single yellow lines around the centre, these are usually free to park on weekends, but please always check signs for most up to date information.

We have a very transparent and structured pay scheme, we offer different rates per hour for each level, if you are from a low income family household you may be eligible for a discount, we do not charge different prices for different people, everyone is offered the same fixed price list.

We will send out/hand letters to children to be given to parents/guardians. We will also be putting any updates on our websites, social media and WhatsApp broadcast.

For Students

We have created a syllabus after extensive research according to your exam board specifications, we then teach everything that is relevant to you. It is important that you work with you tutor and learn all the material that is set.

We like to set homework often, whether is it reading ahead, preparing presentations or completing question sets. We tend to set homework for almost every session, however as every week is different and learning is constant, some weeks there may be more homework than others and sometimes it’s not needed at all.

We understand sometimes it can feel a little bit overwhelming when learning two different topics at the same time. Topics being taught at school and tuition will overlap very soon as all the topics need to be taught. Being organised from the start will ensure an easier time throughout the year. We will assist in creating a timetable to help manage your time appropriately if you need.

We offer compensation hours to GCSE students only, as A-level classes are created to be exam board specific, we cannot guarantee the same tutor will be available for compensation hours, therefore we do not offer it for A-level students, however if you cannot attend a session in person, please let us know and we will ask you to join an online platform for the lesson.

We like to keep a small teacher to student ratio, we have one teacher teaching a small group of 6 students. We find this is the best dynamic to ensure individual needs are met as well as allowing group assistant and team work building.

We begin our university application process in September. We usually have our UKCAT/BMAT training over summer and some late sessions in September, we begin helping students with their personal statements from September, so its important you are on track of everything. We help with interview preparation throughout the year, as our students receive their offers.
